We encourage all our students and alumni to connect with their peers, faculty and graduate students, with professional organizations, and with the broader community in the Aquatic and Fishery Sciences.
Research has shown that students who are engaged in their academic community tend to perform better in classes, participate more in research, and are more likely to find placements after graduation.
