Current and prospective undergraduate students are invited and encouraged to come in for an individual advising appointment.

TO SCHEDULE AN ADVISING APPOINTMENT BY PHONE OR EMAIL:

Email or call 206-543-7457 to request an appointment - include times you'd like to meet, your student number and a brief description of the appointment in the text of the email.
Adviser will confirm appointment time with you - please allow 24 hours response time for emailed requests.
Prior to meeting with the adviser, please complete/update a draft degree plan (xlsx | pdf) and bring it with you to the appointment:
- New majors - fill out the degree plan to the best of your ability - a list of required courses is included with the blank plan for guidance. Don't worry if you're not sure exactly how to plan your courses - we will go over the plan in detail at your meeting, this just helps the adviser get a sense of where you are in your coursework.
- Current majors - if you have met with the adviser before, you are welcome to complete a new degree plan but you may already have a degree plan on file so check with adviser for the most current version for updating.
NOTE: Drop in appointments are welcome on a first-come basis but if you want to be sure of the adviser's availability, it is advisable to make an appointment.

The Undergraduate Advising Office will be closed on the following dates:

Spring Quarter 2013:
