Established through donations from family, friends, and colleagues of Walter Yonker (UW 1941, 1946). Mr. Yonker had a distinguished career in the seafood processing industry and also was a lecturer at the School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences. The fund supports faculty, staff, and students conducting research on Alaska salmon.
